1. Introduction

Welcome to EriDesignHub.ng ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making any purchase or using our platform.

2. Digital Products & Licensing

All embroidery design files (DST, EMB, and related formats) sold on EriDesignHub are digital products. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the designs for:

  • Personal embroidery projects
  • Commercial embroidery production on physical garments
  • Creating finished products for sale

You may NOT: Resell, redistribute, share, or give away the digital files themselves. Each purchase is for a single user/business.

3. Payment & Pricing

All prices on EriDesignHub are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦). Payment is processed securely through Paystack. We accept:

  • Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve)
  • Bank transfers
  • USSD payments

Your order will be processed immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

4. Downloads & Access

After successful payment, digital files will be available for download in your account dashboard. Download links are valid for 60 days from purchase date, with a maximum of 3 downloads per file. If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact our support team.

5. Refunds & Returns

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. We do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, if you receive a corrupted or non-working file, or if the file does not match its description, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for a replacement or refund consideration.

6. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
